How to request a bulk prescription vial quote in the USA

What to include in your inquiry
Send the vial capacity, closure style, estimated quantity per size, destination ZIP code and preferred delivery window. If you need several sizes, list each size and quantity separately. This helps the supplier quote the correct mix rather than assume one size fits every dispensing requirement.
Separate unit price from total cost
Ask whether the price includes closures, how many units are packed per case, minimum order quantities, freight and any additional charges. Pricing and lead times must be confirmed for your actual order. The website does not publish fixed stock availability or shipping promises.
Approve samples before ordering
Check samples against your dispensing equipment, labels, storage bins and intended fill. Ask for the relevant dimensions and closure compatibility documents. A size name alone is not a complete purchasing specification.
Prepare repeat orders
